After losing his father, he feels like he'll never live up to his father's expectations. But when he becomes the center of a plan to stop human life as he knows it, it's up to Steve to scower the universe, assemble a team of outcasts, and become the hero Steve's dad knew he was gonna be in order to save the place he calls home.
