Hi all, I'm back, and I have rewritten the first 8 chapters of the story (which has equated to about 10,000 extra words in total) and I just wanted to get some feedback as to whether these new chapters sound better than the originals that i had written back when I was about 14-ish?
No pressure, don't have to read and i will most likely take this down after a while (I don't know how long it will take me to edit ALL chapters and I don't want to keep people waiting for on a story that may never get fully updated... Anyway, if you do read it; i hope you enjoy!
(Yes, this will be mature, I have grown up and now feel comfortable getting into more detail with... things)

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete
Cliché, Touché and Douche
{Completed - #12 highest} I was walking on a path all alone at midnight. I was just wondering around, until I saw a guy in a hoodie. He was beating the pulp out of another guy and one more man was on the ground, he was not moving. I gasped. 'Is he dead?' Or he can be unconscious, yeah 'el' he is just unconscious not dead. Duh! Who would kill a guy? As I was proceeding with my thoughts, that hoodie guy turned his face towards me. My heart had a mini heart attack. I turned my heels to the opposite direction and started to run. 'Run Ella, run for your life' was what my mind was screaming to me. I took turns without thinking, that guy was now following me and guess what? I took a wrong turn and which ended up being a dead end ' You are so dead' I thought. So, I started to think what I said last time to the people I love. 'Good night mom, love you.' to my mom, 'Stop annoying me! I'm going to bed.' to dad which also mean I love you, 'See you later Lu, love you!' to Luana. Okay my good bye says I love them all. Now I can die in peace. Granddad I'll meet you soon in the heaven, if you are there. I was still in my deep thoughts until I saw his silhouette. As, he get closer, my heart begin to race faster. I closed my eyes, until I heard him say "Ella?" O to the M to the G, this person actually knows me. I opened my one eye and saw him due to the small light hanging in that ally "Errrrr'ick!" I squeaked and mentally face palmed myself. Even at this state I'm calling him Errr'ick. "I'm sorry your highness, what can I do for you?" I squeaked again while trembling. The next second I heard his fits of laughter. He was rolling on the floor, actually rofling. I was glaring at him but I realised that I'm not in a position to glare. So, I made puppy dog face for him to spare my little life. He stopped but after seeing my face, he started to laugh again. He tried to say between his guffaws "You..... your face .....was epiccc!" He started to gasp for air and had tears in his eyes.Complete

I don't stop him as I rub his head and shoulder blade softly, he makes his way up, and he kisses me again as I push my tongue into his mouth this time. I don't really know what I'm doing, but when he bites my lip and pushes his chest to where it's touching mine my hormones go crazy for him. "Make me stop" he tells me pulling away to kiss down the opposite side of my neck. "Make me stop Grace" he tells me again kissing my lips again. "Don't ever stop kissing me" I demand to him meaning it as I grab both sides of his face and bring his lips to mine, I feel confident for the first time in my life, and he makes me feel good.Complete

Cade is the Alpha of a near by pack and Maya is not aware of them being werewolves. I mentally sighed and stared at him. The person they belonged to said "Mine!!!!" and buried his head into my neck and I could feel his nose moving against my skin and my neck was met with sparks, was he SNIFFING ME?! "You motherfucker, I am not a possession and I do NOT belong to anyone. So if you could move your sexy body out of the way, I would appreciate it. Also don't sniff people you weirdo." I tried to push him away but he growled at me and held me so I couldn't move. I brought my leg up and kicked him in the family jewels. Bending down I whisper in his ear, "don't mess with me sweetheart and never call me yours." He growled lowly.
