It all started 114 years ago when they first appeared. The demons came randomly and wreaked havoc in every city, town, and village. After three long years of their continuous and horrifying visits to Earth they just... left. And no one knows why the demons had left the world trembling. Once great civilizations reduced to nothing but dust and blood.
 
Over the years gangs formed. In this world, there is a secret organization called The Octans.  
No one ever knows exactly where they are or when they will appear. But when they do, it's something to remember.
The Octans are a somewhat peaceful organization that hunt dangerous street gangs and thugs. Although when assassination is required.. they won't hesitate. They will do whatever they can to create a better world for the ones who deserve it.All Rights Reserved
