Hoping it's the one train Minho is in, they hook on and head back to the safe house they've been staying in for a couple of months. Raigna doesn't let Thomas make a decision without her. Teresa betrayed them, Minho got kidnapped and Gally is still alive. Raigna and Thomas are in charge of their gang, some of which came out of the maze with them, others who need somewhere away from Dr. Payge. They've loved and they've lost, how many more deaths before Ava Payge realizes that it's over? Over for the elder, over for the children and over for the people who aren't immune.
Raigna and Thomas won't fight anymore. There tired of fighting, there tired of hiding and there tired of chasing ghosts. The fighting, it stops now but the war will never be over.

But every time she is in the maze, she needs to be fast, because the doors to the maze is closing at dark and they first open the next morning and she have heard that no one has survive a night in the maze, because some creatures live in the maze and they are only coming out when it is dark. After months in the Glade, and after watching many of her friends die in front of her, Sara is about to lose hope, but then a boy name Thomas come up from the box, and together with Minho they are trying to find a way out of the maze, but one of the boys in the Glade don't like they are trying to find a way out.
