The world has long since fallen to the hands of virus Z-c7. Those who aren't infected live in the security of the resilience's base, but for the infected humans, we roam aimlessly among the skeleton of abandon cities.

Jane was your average college student. She got good enough grades, attended some clubs and sports here and there. When the virus famously known as the Zombie Virus hits, she's one of the first to go off the rails.
Months later, she's alone and continues to deny the fact that she needs companionship. Without realizing it, she finds that in a common crow.

Trouble for them both strikes when a group of human foragers come close to discovering her existence.
How will she deal with these new intruders?
Will she push them away or go with them to their base?
What will they do if they find out she's not human?

Jane and her companion must find a strategy to work through these new arrivals.

This story is a mix between CrystalScherer's book The Virus Within, Maze Runner, and my own ideas.
