Kalank's core theme is a question. Is love a stain or an embellishing imprint? (Throwback to Surf Excel's 'Daag Acche Hain' campaign)
This film is a mark on a surface (it can be the lens through which it was shot or maybe the screen through which we look at it).  Whether this spot is smeary or ornamental is not the point of concern. The real issue is that this surface(canvas) is spurted with a random splash of vibrant colors that reduce this spot to a minuscule freckle - The theme, the idea it all swipes out of the focus and is only reiterated through a 'title' song and an epilogue at the very end.All Rights Reserved
