His confidante and leader of an assassin organization, Mo Wu, knows of a legend. One that is now more of a children's story than a folktale. But to him, it is a chink in Qiangda's armour. He sends his prodigy disciple, Liu Qingyuan to Qiangda to chase the scraps of a century old legend, and a hope to end the line of phoenix rulers.
