John Laurens is just a happy and pure guy, that had a life in which he thought of as perfect life. His family was fairly rich,he has great friends, and even had a boyfriend named, Francis Kinloch .
However, when he disobeys his fathers strict rules he finds a sliver box , and he slowly begins to realise that things are not quite as they seem in the Laurens family.
A party leaves John with some startling questions about his past, and he sets off to New York to find some answers.
He is intrigued by the curiously witty man named , Alexander Hamilton . However, after he invites John to live with him, John slowly finds himself drawn into a web of impersonation, theft and perhaps, even murder.
