She forms a bond with the Digimon but when the next "Tear" happens, Lucemon leaves Y/n. Over the years Y/n eventually forgets about her childhood friend, until the next "Tear" happens on the day before her eighteenth birthday. Once again she meets her friend, Lucemon. But now he is in ultimate form, Lucemon FM aka Lucemon Fallen Mode. How will their friendship progress after been apart for years? Will it become more than just friends?
