Exactly what the title says and for our green haired friend here, this applies to him all to well. Izuku Midoriya was a nice cheerful and cute kid but all that changed on the day he was diagnosed quirkless.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. He was known and earned the place due to how wicked and unpredictable he himself is. However as time goes, this villain started regretting all the deaths as he was haunted by nightmares.
