Quirks, 80% of the world population was gifted the ability of a quick. WIth the rise in quirks, means the rise in crimes rates and villains . Villains means a need for heroes. But what defines a villain and a hero...

and what is it about heroes that separates them from being a villain? 





AN: I'm use to seeing stories that go right along with the series and mine will too but they will be 17-18 rather than them being 15. I just don't want to right in the perspective of children too much . It'll make sense as you read (hopefully). Also, I may add more original characters to thicken the plot a little.
