The Splice of The Realms
In a world divided into four groups, there is a role for everyone. Every group has their own realm found in each corner of the country they share. The top right corner has the largest population. There lives the people of the Mystery Realm (M.R.) They're the police force, detectives and prosecutors. They're the only realm which carries weapons of any kind. However, they don't kill. While they do value law and order, they don't like violence and tend to avoid it. The bottom left corner has the second largest population. The people there are born with unique powers. They're called the Supernatural Realm (S.R.) They tend to be optimistic and stubborn. They value relationships and would do anything to keep the people they love safe. The top left and bottom right corners are tied in regards to population, however, that is the only thing they share in common. These two realms couldn't be more different. In the top left corner is the society of the Technologically Enhanced Realm (T.E.R.) The people here develop technology the other realms could only dream of. They don't socialize with others and tend to keep to themselves. They understand complex equations and theories, however, they have a hard time understanding human emotion. Finally, in the bottom right corner lives the peaceful and happy people of the Primitive Harmony Realm (P.H.R.) The people here lead a simple life and believe in nature and its gifts. Because of that, they were blessed with healing abilities and elemental gifts. Additionally, the herbs they grow are just as magical as the people themselves. Their carefree and charismatic tendencies cause them to always believe the best in people, even when they shouldn't. Humans think they have gained control over this world, turning a blind and nieve eye to the past. The elves are gone, The Unicorns vanished, Mermaids, Fairies, and goblins are thought to be extinct. Now all that remains are the beasts of this world. Dragons have been a part of human mythology for centuries, along with another species, Demons. Now known as Krylocks, an ancient warlord threatens the very existence of all things pure, and two girls stand in his way. The Innocent, and The Shadow. So far I have only completed the first 5 chapters, the rest I will be working on while this is out. I'm releasing this so early for input, just to see what you guys think and what I should change. Oh yeah, and this is my first book ever "Published", so please bear with me. This will be the first book in a two-part epic[genre] novel series, or least that's what I'm planning.Complete

I'm going to admit I always feel rather stupid when my friends read my stuff because I'm always sure its awful and they just aren't going to tell me so this seemed the best way to get some more honest fed back. always looking for advice if anyone is willing to give it.
