"Liam Marshall has struck once again. The victim was a thirty year old man by the name of..."
Amber Goode remembered the time when she was appalled by the evil in the world. She couldn't understand why anyone could be so cruel as to murder innocent people.
Amber Goode remembered the day her beloved twin brother, Jasper, was murdered in cold blood by a man named Corbin Mosely.
Amber Goode remembered when she decided she would hunt this man down and kill him herself.
Amber Goode remembered.

"I'll admit. You've got fire," Liam said, circling around me. I turned on my heel as he walked, keeping my gun aimed toward him, "Who taught you, princess?"
"I taught myself." I answered curtly. My hands grasped the weapon tightly, and my shifted nervously.
"I figured. Your stance is a bit weak," he said, putting his hands on my hips and turning them slightly, "and your arms are way too bent," he continued, pulling my arms to be stretched out, "but otherwise, you have potential." Confused, I lowered my arms, pushing my gun into my waistband.
"Excuse me?" I asked cautiously.
"I'm taking you in. I can train you so you can fight better. Amber Goode, I knew the name sounded familiar," he said, pulling a newspaper from out of the bed of the truck and pointing at an article, "That's you. I just want to know your motives. What's pushing you forward? What changed you from the innocent looking girl in this picture to who you are now? Also, why aren't you afraid of me? Most the criminals I've run into would have been shaking at the knees right now."
"Seriously? I've had worse nightmares about failing AP Chem," I answered, causing him to laugh, "And revenge. It's all revenge."
"Revenge against whom?"
"Corbin Mosley."All Rights Reserved
