For J series book 3

June is blind and July is deaf.

They meet at White Rose special school and bond over their mutual lack of desire to live.

One night in June's backyard they decide to commit a double suicide but July wants it to be after she's had at least one decent birthday. This gives them four months to at least do four things they both want to do.

Get an award
Overcome a fear
Inspire someone
Kiss a boy

They intend to do all of this together and only together. However, when an incident puts July in a comatose state everything goes upside down and July finds her life in a halt.

It was a promise so no matter what, she cannot let herself get better, not without July.

Who knew recovery from mental illness was so easy to come by and so hard to keep away.

From birth, Trinity saw the world differently than her peers. Not that she knew much of her peers in her childhood as she was home-schooled. However, that's all in the past. She has her own business, works hard and all-in-all, she's happy. For the most part, that is. As long as she still has her seclusion for which she has worked hard and values above all else, then she will be fine. If people would just stay away... Leah has been blind her entire life but never let it hold her back as she embraced it with open arms. She hasn't ever known any differently and life is great. Or at least, it could be with these new changes. Moving to a new town, Leah is excited to begin a new life, but her family isn't exactly shy about their protectiveness of her. If only she could be somewhere, anywhere where people would treat her just as they would anyone else. As their paths cross, Leah and Trinity's lives are forever changed, some changes for the better and others still up for debate. People can sometimes surprise us in the most exhilarating of ways, however, and they are just about to find out exactly why. Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same. There's always a change, an altering of reality. When you meet those people, the reality that you've known your whole life is suddenly gone and a new one has taken its place. When those moments happen, there's no going back. You can try to return to the way things were but nothing, and I mean nothing, can take you back to exactly how it was. That's what happened to us. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of. But in some ways, I'm glad you're not a part of it. I just wish it wasn't like this. *** TRIGGER WARNING*** SA, abuse, suicide, substance abuse, and mental illness. This is a complete story that is much like life; fast, full of surprises, and not always how we want it to be. This has been a project of mine for over three years. It was self-published on Amazon, but after some issues in publication, I decided to just upload it on here. I hope you fall in love with these characters like I have. The friends in this story are trying to make names for themselves, figure out who they are, who they can trust, how to love, and how to separate themselves from a restrictive community. As in any coming of age story, they will experience growing pains... but will they survive them before its too late? PLEASE READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS.

Frenemy With The School Bad Blind Boy

37 parts Complete

Alyssa Stratson is an outcast with plain looks and a disability-- she's deaf. With only one true friend and a nerdy persona, she has all but given up on finding love. Josh Allen is what you would call a "bad boy." Getting detention and playing hookie are what he's best at, but when an unforeseeable accident, leaves him without sight, he is more determined than ever to keep his reputation. They say opposites attract, but Alyssa's and Josh's disabilities leave them barely able to open up their hearts with one another. What would happen when this nerdy deaf girl meets the kick ass blind boy ? Will they be able to overcome their differences, or let that be the barrier between them? {I will try to improve this novel's summary later, when I get a better one. Please let me know if its better than the earlier one or not. Thanks, Enjoy reading! }
