Sleepy Hollow is a strange town, but that is to be expected. The only reason the town exists is because of a ghost story. Of course, everyone knows the legend of the Headless Horseman. Tessa Crane, a descendant of the same Ichabod Crane that made her hometown famous, thought she knew the story, the real story anyway. It was her history after all. However, everything changes one fateful Halloween night. Tessa and Abraham "Ander" Van Brunt the Seventh, Tessa's rival and least favorite person, have no choice but to work together when they become targets of the Headless Horseman himself. It's a race against time to discover the truth of what happened between their families all those years ago. Will they defeat the Headless Horseman in time or will they both lose their heads?
