Maggie Warren is tired of her boring life. She has always played it safe, followed the rules, and believed happiness would find her in the end. But when her long term boyfriend breaks up with her she realizes that life isn't just going to hand her a happy ending. She'll just have to find it herself. When she finally decides on a course of action it is anything but boring.
Her best friend, Gwen, who carries magick in her blood, offers to cast her fortune. When the spell takes effect, Maggie feels a compulsion to jump in her crappy car and to keep driving north. She is drawn to the Northern Reservation, a kindred territory in the mountains. Fate believes that is where her happiness lies, but not everyone is happy she is there.
Holt Longtooth doesn't want a mate. After watching his father become a drunken mess after his mother bailed years before, he has no desire to put his faith in a mating bond. But the second the sweet smelling woman walks into his Dining Hall, he feels his bear perk up in interest. Well that just doesn't work for him. He will need to get her to leave the reserve before his bear gets attached.

Hello, this story is not good. It was written by a depressed young tween who didn't understand what an abusive relationship is. I'm only keeping it up because it's my only completed book. Take everything a grain of salt.
