Something is very, very wrong. This appears to be standard procedure, a story about the dueling forces of light and dark and a villainous organization pushing the bad. But within the first day of arriving on this assignment I have abandoned all normal protocol. The protagonists not only know of my existence but have spoken to and interacted with me. I seem to have access to the world's magic system. This is all incredibly unorthodox, but... it said this story has never been able to reach its conclusion? Then this may be our best bet in getting this to work.

Oh well.

Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
