I had always wanted to live life step by step, let it flow as it went. To take it slow, because there was time for everything.

...But now, there was no such a thing as slow. All I could do was watch as life sped right past my very eyes.

The last time I had been on a mission with team Natsu was a month ago. Since then Lisanna has decided to accompany them, I felt bad for neglecting my team. But how can I be around them while keeping a huge secret from them.

Not like I didn't have many secrets already. I had been injecting myself with Ethernano, it helped calm the pain and to increase my magical abilities. With a greater secondary effect. I think I was wearing down faster that way, but it really helped not feel so sleepy all the time. It was popular drug amongst humans, but for mages, it was like a feeder to our containers. Except with time it damaged those containers.

My life was over with.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
