Okay, alot (expect one of my first books) HAVE NOT GONE WELL. But um, this is something special to me, so here.

Emma Hathaway's mother had just divorced her father, leaving her stuck with her father and soon-to-be-stepmother Esperanza Avarno. The company that Emma's father Jim Hathaway owns however has made a deal with the neighboring town Rathenmore. Rathenmore just looked like its name. It looked gloomy, gothic, and VERY BORING. But, the new school that Emma goes to...just seems a little bit off. And to Emma' surprise, it is off. But most off, Emma is a half....breed. oh and a dragon is out for her blood. Yeah! Oh, if only Emma knew where her mother was!
