This is a simple short story about a man who comes to terms with something that has been haunting his memory, he accepts that some things are unchangeable.
It's not long (2 pages) but I hope that this story will make you stop and think for a second about the things that really are important.

In this universe, everything is normal.. well almost. Everyone can see all colors except for one, that color the one that represents who your soulmate is. Once you and your soulmate lock eyes, you'll both know for sure. _____________________________________ Neito Monoma is amongst all others with this. Unlike most, he didn't care if he ended up not finding who his destined soulmate was. He only Knew the color he was missing and didn't think he was missing out on much. He was more focused on school and giving himself a bright and promising career in the future. But once he got to U.A high school, he found that he did feel like something was there for him. Meant for him to be there. Around a certain dull and tired boy, he'd feel odd instincts and a connection. The problem was, should he make eye contact? When you're young, you think you know it all. When you go through foster care, You have to grow up fast. Meet an 8-year-old boy who thought he knew it all. He just wanted to grow up as fast as possible to escape all the "care" he was forced to have. But when a family finds out about his past, they want to help him in any way they can. In this case, letting him be a little kid again, letting him feel safe while being himself.
