When you realize that you actually love them, it makes it much worse. Then what do you do when suddenly they come back to life after being gone for so long? Rainbow Steve got injured during the battle of fighting Memory Steve and gained his memories back. Blue Steve comes back to life after it came short because of Nightmare Steve. Except now Blue Steve doesn't have his memories. The only questions are: How did he come back to life? How long will it take to learn what brought Blue Steve back? How will Sabre react when he finds out Rainbow Steve's secret? And will Blue Steve care about Rainbow Steve the same way Rainbow Steve cares about him?Complete

He is trying to recover as quickly as possible to gain his powers back and fight once again. Rainbow is a 12 year old boy who has been to home to home in the foster care system. No longer wanting to trust others and no memories of his past parents he doesn't care much about people and just wants to be left alone. Tired of the foster care system he swears that this will be the last home he will be in. A new villain arises as well. With no Flash to protect the city they can do as they please.
