How would you react if you were chosen to be a Goddess's prophet, just to find out that you don't agree with Her?

Cedra sets out on a journey through a vast forest to prove, both to herself and to her village, that she isn't a waste of space. On her way she meets a girl with a broken wing and shattered dreams, joined by a protective pun-lord. Together they find a common goal, but reaching it proves difficult when the forest is filled with predators.

However, the Goddess of the forest, the Mother, doesn't care about their plans. When She Blesses Cedra and gives her the task of keeping Her forest safe, Cedra begins to question her former beliefs.

Will the Mother convince her that she can't control her own life?

𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 '𝑨𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆' 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 A lifetime of grief. A thousand years of waiting. Enough torment to cripple the divine. But Sanya found Edmund, at the end of it all. He held her in his arms again. They were reunited. After all the pain, there was love. And love seemed enough to give up everything- yet again. Love was enough to take his hand, and walk into another realm. But new worlds do not fix old aches- and they can even end up creating new ones. New people, new sights, new moments do not take away from the memories of the old. Loss- of home, of family, of love, of identity, of everything- can be pushed back, but the agony of it festers like an untreated wound. And, really, is love- even love that has survived so much- enough to cure so many wounds, borne of too many kinds of pain? But Sanya doesn't care. Edmund thinks that he doesn't care, either. They have each other again- no amount of teachers and separate schools and parents can keep them away from each other- and that togetherness was what was important. That was what mattered. But the question is, I suppose- is the once-True lying to her love, or to herself, or both? - 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Mature language, explicit sexual scenes, use of slurs, attempted suicide, self-harm, racism, queerphobia, mention of internalised homophobia, violence, recollection of trauma. - #3 in #narniaau #4 in #medievalfantasy #5 in #skandarkeynes #5 in #ocfanfiction #7 in #worldwar2 #8 in #narniafanfiction #28 in #1940s #31 in #kingsandqueens •••• The Alliance Series, as found on @EdsGryff: 'Alliance' 'The Heirs' 'Moonshine' 'Fairytale?' ••••

The Last Tribrid

10 parts Ongoing

Noisy cities, humorous villages, cruel people, traumatic pasts, how can you hide from the rest of the world? Just on the other side of a small village is a forest untouched by human hands. There lived abundance of friendly wolves with no problems with the outside world (a.k.a humans). But that all changed since Thunder, a forcer, tried to kill Starfire, the guardian of the forest and a wielder of the Enchanted Forest's spirit. Her pups, left hidden in the Mother Tree, were mostly killed by the fire lit by the enemy. Only one survived, and his name is Storm. He has lost everything over the times, including his savior. Growing up with a rabbit on his side, Storm was the loneliest loner in the forest, with all the female wolves killed by Thunder, or caught in between his fights. Though, Storm's loneliness changed since he's met Summer, and maybe started building feelings for her. The only problem was; she was human. Will human girl help Storm stop Thunders evil plans? Or will she turn against him and break his trust?
