Morgan is a gladiator, a warrior that lived by his own fists. He lived and died by his own hands. His father was some elite, and thought of the boy as only some bastard, eventually throwing him out on the boy's 9th birthday. Ever since, the only home he had was his arena. The only family he had was his arena mates. Wierdly, life had been going pretty well until his entire town was destroyed. His home, his friends, his family all burned. All lost to embers. By some miracle Morgan survived and he must take revenge for the home and family he has lost. But the world is a very contorted place, and he learns how Blood and Loss is bound, with the same ties that connect us to people. The world is a broken place, and Morgan needs a home.

But nothing buried, dead or alive, stays buried long. His past has caught up to him. In an effort to find a better life for him and his adoptive little brother, Shea, he decides to find the assassin that's wanted all over the Southern Kingdoms and collect the bounty for them. 𝘔𝘪𝘥𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘚𝘯𝘰𝘸. His mission is sidetracked when Shea is taken, and he's left with an eerie note with a scarily familiar signature. Nazifa didn't know who her parents were, she honestly didn't care to. They were probably like all the other parents in the Southern Kingdoms. Selfish, egotistical, and money crazed. At least that's how Kai had described his parents, and he was her best friend, so she trusted him. But that trust wasn't gained overnight. She'd learned the hard way what easy trust led to. Which is one of the reasons why she's on high alert around their new friend, Killian. However, when Kai goes missing while on a hunting expedition, she has no choice but to trust Killian. As he knows the woods better than anyone in Paradise. He's the only one who can help her
