Crystal Lee was a normal ordinary teenager, or so she thought. She had the life of an ordinary teenage human, that was until she moves into a new town where secrets are revealed and the truth is out. Where Crystal finds out her family's legacy. Where Crystal she is truly cursed. "You are actually her," startled Crystal turned around to see a boy about her age stunned to actually see her. "Excuse me?" Crystal asked. "You are Crystal Lee, right?" He questioned "What? Who are you? And how do you know who I am?" she asked stunned by the fact that the stranger in front of her knew exactly who she was. "You don't need to know that," he shook his head. "For now, all you need to know is that this town is dangerous for you," He said sternly. "What? How do you know that?" "Just take my advice and get out of town," He said as he stared at Crystal with curiosity. He admired her bravery but that admiration was thrown away to the back of his head when he remembered who she was and what her family did.

She thought she had her life figured out. A quiet job in a quiet town, a routine that never hurt, and a heart too careful to fall for anyone too fast. But then he walked in. The new hire. Mysterious. Impossibly attractive. He had the smile of a gentleman and the presence of a man who'd burn the world to keep your attention. He said all the right things. Held doors. Knew how to make her laugh. And when he looked at her-it felt like she was the only girl in the universe. But love, she learns, can be blinding. And not all monsters hide in shadows. Some wear suits. Some call you "baby." Some hold you like you're a prayer-then break you like a curse. Because he has secrets. Dark ones. Dangerous ones. The kind of truths that can't be buried without blood. So now the real question is... Will she uncover who he truly is-before it's too late? Can love survive when it's soaked in lies and obsession? And when she finally sees the monster behind the man... Will she run? Or will she stay?
