It's summer time and Jacob Hayes is ready to hit the beach. The bad part is he can't.
Jacob is not the greatest student. It's not that he isn't smart, he just doesn't like to pay attention and obey rules. He's now stuck at summer school with no hope of getting to the beach. When his mom suggests he get a summer job Jacob comes up with a brilliant plan to become a lifeguard.
Now he can take in the bikinis and babes that walk the sand every day.
Maybe he'll even meet a babe of his own.

I feel like I hit a bit of a brick wall. I love this story, it was the first time I started writing for me and not for school. I was getting some major writer's block when it came to this story which felt weird because the creative juices had been flowing up to this point. I love this story and the characters and I finally realised that any writing I tried to force out would be really bad quality and that it could ruin the story. I do realise that this is very frustrating; I would be annoyed if someone did it to me. But I really think that in this case, less is more. I may come back to this story one day, but I make no promises. I feel like my time with Liam and Saskia has come to an end. They can enjoy their summer in peace!
