Who said U. A. is the only hero academy existing in the city? Who said U. A. is the best one out there? Okay, wait, no, wrong question. Almost everyone adores U. A. Almost.

This is where the infamous and really old rival of the said school takes action. Rising from the "dead" after being shut down by the higher ups for producing troublesome villain graduates. It's not the school's fault they turn the other way around y'know?

Some heroes graduated here too but they often get shamed by the public upon knowing where they came from.
