Lauren's life is normal. The daily routine of wake up, get dressed, go to school, return home, do homework, repeat.

Then a murder happens on school grounds, better yet, after investigating it Lauren realizes she's on the murders list!!!!!!
To keep it like everything's going okay, and to keep the press away she and her new brother and sister have to learn to be a happy family. (Better said than done).
