"War swallows humans whole- It's only our nature to want more than we deserve. In essence, we are demons without a tale to speak of. We are nothing without our sins. Of course, that's what I tell every human I come across. They wouldn't cross paths with me if they weren't convinced we were the same. Power. Money. Status. They're always longing for something like it. Still, this time, it's different." -Iris, Contract

"There's a saying my people use in times like this" "Like this?... how often do you people get tied up to trees in the forest at midnight?!" I snapped "Do you wanna hear the saying or not?" I sigh "Fine...what is the stupid saying, oh I mean the wise proverb you galshitters use" I roll my eyes I hear him chuckle softly at the other side of the tree "It goes... when you lock your heart, the walls you build become your own prison" I take a deep breath before speaking "HOW THE HELL DOES THAT APPLY HERE?!!?!!" Princess Isadora is the third daughter of the six royal siblings of Aldoria. Her Father the king is growing ill and soon has to step down so her oldest brother, Elias, can take to the throne. With threats of war against neighboring kingdoms, Isadora has been chosen, more like forced to marry Prince Lysander of Galdora, in order for their kingdoms to find peace with each other. Isadora is not your typical kind, caring Snow White of a princess, she's harsh, mean and even cruel. She might look nice but her heart is allergic to love and affection, the very thought of being in love with someone and being a wife to a man is repulsive to her. Lysander on the other hand, has a cold and stoic persona, or so people think. He's actually a very kindhearted person who can't bear the sight of others suffering. But that doesn't mean he's weak, he can be very hotheaded and strict if it comes down to it. Maybe he's too confident, flirty and cocky, but he's still a good person. Sometimes. Both are very stubborn and don't take no for an answer. But now that they don't have a choice but to be wedded for the benefit of their kingdoms, will they be able to open their hearts and give in to their growing attraction for one another, or will the pressures of war get to them first?

Change is inevitable. Peace is easy to shatter, but hard to rebuild, just like trust. Greed has always led to humanity's worst mistakes. Yet it is vengeance that led Selenetta to her worst mistakes. Waking up with no memory of her past, all she wants or needs is the care of her adoptive parents, yet she longs for the ones who gave her life. Only some dreams are meant to come true, and for the Fae, achieving peaceful dreams is almost impossible. On one horrible night, Selene loses her dream and is thrown into an unfamiliar world against her will. With a bounty on her head and memories resurfacing, she must navigate this new world. Now all she wants is to embrace the darker part of her mind and seek revenge on the one who stole her from the peaceful world she was in, stole her away from her family, and uncover her memories. Could the unfortunate loss of memory and the loss of her current family be connected?
