Lock, Shock and Barrel are getting on Jack's nerves... a lot. They're disrupting Halloween Town at least once a day, and Jack is sick of it. He barely has enough time to finish Halloween plans with the Mayor or spend time with Sally because of their mischief. No matter how many lectures Jack gives the Trick or Treaters, they never listen or learn... Then Jack gets an idea of how to stop their ridiculous pranks for good, but what will Sally, the town and the Trick or Treaters think of it?
