Campion resides at CIVINST as an inhabitant of a cell, kicked around like livestock and trained to use his powers for things even the devil wouldn't speak of. Though he wasn't always a captive dove. Once upon a time, he lived an ordinary life, with a housekeeper and gardener as his caretakers in a manor tucked away amongst the forest, hidden. But the day came when he was too powerful to be hidden anymore, and that's when he was captured.
Magdalenea, Beans, was protected by her parents. Forced the believe that she sat on death's doorstep when in reality it was an elaborate plan to keep her safely tucked away all along. Slowly, she rose up gaining power, believing that nothing could stop her, that freedom from her perceived chains was near. But she'd never known captivity, and when she gets thrown into her cell she was consumed by the darkness around her, and for the first time, she was afraid.
Campion and Magdalenea fight for freedom in their own ways, away from each other, as the villainous Professor Baylor and General Patent seek to pull the pantheonic energy out of their bodies and use it for their own nefarious plans. Meanwhile, Taya desperately attempts to bring them together, to learn if these are the prophecized heroes or if they will all die in vain.
