After the doomsday, the kids of North America found that they possessed strange and wonderful abilities. The Normie's had the normal kinds of powers, the kinds you'd see in sci-fi movies or comic books. The Intel's were the ones whose IQ levels shot through the roof. But the most dangerous of all the children were the Anomalies. They were the ones whose powers were rare and often lethal.

I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India.
