My momma always said, ""life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."--Forrest Gump
These short stories and poems run the gamut from creamy sweetness to bittersweet darkness. Though a little warning, my tastes tend to favor more of the latter with the former as a refreshing treat every now and then.
Please, go forth and sample the selection...
--I, personally, find nothing wrong with my writing but there have been people who've criticized the "gruesomeness" and "horror" so bear that in mind as you click "start reading.".

Consequences ( Book 3 in the Hijacked Of Innocence Series)
This is book 3 in the Hijacked of Innocence series. This is not a stand alone book and should be read in sequential order. Was it Forrest Gump who said "Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to get," Well that could be said for Eric and Tanya's life. There is also a saying on the island, "Be careful what you wish for." After wishing that he could stop loving his wife, Eric met into a bad accident and wakes out of a coma with no memory of his wife Tanya or the life they had prior to the accident. To him she is just a beautiful stranger. Eric is like a totally different man, opposite of who he was before. He is calm, cool and understanding. Tanya seize on the opportunity to put the past behind them and start afresh. The only problem with that is that their toxic baggage continues to follow them to the present and into the future.
Didn't Really Matter Anyway
That's right, these are just.. my memories. They're flashing before my eyes, but why? Am I dying? No, I can't die yet, there's so much I have to do. And really... I really don't want to relive through these memories. My past... This worthless past. This worthless... "And that fleeting hope where I started to believe that I could fix my life grew so big, I couldn't control it. At that moment, I knew I had to make it back to finish my self-imposed duties." "But in the end, they were nothing but words. I couldn't manage a single thing on my own. At the end of the day, right before my eyes, I'm reminded that I shouldn't have been the one to survive-Not at all." All of my attempts, everything I've been through, and all I had to suffer for, it was all just a pathetic, comical, uninteresting story. [Also on Quotev under GabrielXander]Hoàn thành
Living with creeps ~Creepypasta~
Life is like a painting and you're the one to choose how it will look. Mine is a torn mess filled with the faces of fear. I think its truly a wonderful painting. This is the story of me and my new friends. I see myselfas not a bad person but as a vigilante of sorts. I want to make the world better one way or another. I once put my trust in the wrong hands and maybe thats why I'm here. Or maybe this is how it was supposed to be and always been. Since then I've been taking life one step at at a time not knowing exactly how I came to be. Now is the time to get answers I never thought to ask.Hoàn thành

When You Realize You've Become 'That Mom'...and What Comes Next
Navigating parenthood doesn't come with an instructional manual. Now before you go saying 'Cathy, they have those you know' I will say "Sure, they have tons of books from tons of different people that think they know better than everyone else but no one really has all of the answers." Now be forwarned. I will take you on an emotional rollercoaster. When I am done with you, you won't know what you should be feeling but you will feel something. Is it anger, sadness, pity, or shame? I can't tell you how your story will end but I can tell you mine. So, if I haven't scared you off yet, buckle up, buckle in, and get ready for a bumpy ride. Warning, things aren't always as they seem and you may not be ready for it. Don't say I never did anything for you.Hoàn thành
A Lovely Life
Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. There are moments when it all feels too much, but there's not much we can do other than go with the flow of things.Hoàn thành
