**Previously known as ROOMMATES WITH MR. BAD BOY** Ren Harper is finally on her last year of college. She's a straight A student, she never drinks and she focuses on her studies rather than boys. All Ren wants is to graduate with this reputation but what happens when she starts rooming with Austin Lancer, bad boy of the University. Will everything change? Will she still be known as Ren Harper, a straight A student? Will she do anything to keep her reputation? (This book has been newly improved. I have not edited any typos so please bear with me).

***WARNING*** MATURE CONTENT (Slowly editing) Twenty-one year old Paisley finally decided it was time to move out of her parents, now that she is finished college and is a full time fashion designer at her mother's company. She finds the perfect two bedroom apartment and signed a one year lease, only too find out she has a roommate. Trent is a twenty-two year old trust fund baby, who like to kick back and have fun, the typical player. He takes college business classes , so his dad don't cut him off. What happens when Paisley moves in. A complete opposite from him and tries to change his ways. Will she succeed or will it be a epic fail? Made the story on Episode back in July 2016. Changed it up a bit on here, so it's not entirely the same.
