Brennen Taylor is a new student at North Shore High, and was always labeled as the 'popular guy' in his former schools. He was sick of it. He despised too much attention. He just wanted to be normal, not too much given attention and not too little. Colby Brock isn't a new student. In fact, he's been here for years and years. He was labeled as the 'bullied' or 'loaner' or 'dweeb'. He hated his life. Or at least what he got out of it. He just wanted to be loved and cared for. One day, Brennen finally acknowledges the small blued-eyed boy, and suddenly has the urge to... protect him.. (Book #7)

Colby Brock is a twenty years old boy from Kansas that had just moved into LA, California with his best friend, Sam Golbach. They made the decision to move because they wanted to start a YouTube channel together and start fresh. Let's just say Kansas wasn't really a good time or place for him. Sam had managed to rent an apartment for such a quick time notice. He had also got them both invited to a YouTube Anniversary Party. That was where Colby finally met the star, Brennen Taylor. A guy with that bad boy persona and was also the one who changed and turned his life upside down. He still doesn't know whether it was for the better or for the worst. They became best friends right away. But Colby wanted more. More than just a friendship. But he knew deep down they will never be an actual thing. Or so he thought.
