*Bucky Barnes love story*
Trigger warning - mentions of domestic abuse, depression, alcoholism
A girl who had given up on everything decides to become a PA for the avengers. She finally finds the life she wants and she finds a brand new family. However just when she thinks it can't get better, she meets the winter soldier, the man she's been waiting for.
My aim for this book is to hit 100 chapters. No it will not include events from any of the upcoming TV shows, though it may include upcoming movies. After I've finished the story, i will be going in and adding additional chapters as I feel so much has been overlooked.
Rachael and Victoria Winchester, Jack Kyle, Kitty, Lily and Brooke Barton, Penny, Maria, Miles, Howard and Annabeth Stark and Emma and Jess Maximoff are the only character's I own.
Elizabeth is my friend.
Rachael is portrayed by Alexandra Daddario who I do not own XD.
Marvel owns all other characters.
(Yes I am aware I've spelt Stephens name as "Steven" the whole way through the book... I just can't be bothered to change it. I've mentioned him almost 30 times in the infinity war chapters alone. I will be sure to change it in the final edit)

Bucky Barnes is an ex-assasin, mind controlled by HYDRA for years and finally saved by the avengers , who thought they put an end to his misery. Nightmares and paranoia, won't even let him step out of the house which makes him exist more as an entity than a person. When his good friend from the past offers him a job for the avengers, he never thinks he will take it. Until he realises work may be the only thing he truly needs to get back to his old life, if that is even possible. When they meet they both come to the conclusion that they will never get along. Alex James Barnes-Romanoff is the son of Natasha Romanoff, Black Widow, and the Winter Soldier, James Bucanan Barnes. After Alex was born, his father was taken and was never seen from again. Natasha was heartbroken but she had help from her partner Clint Barton and his family to raise Alex. Eventually Natasha and Alex moved to New York and lived their lives. Alex went to school and met someone who changed his life, May 'Mayday' Parker. She and Alex became close friends and both develop feelings for each other but don't realise it. On a field trip to one of the Genetic Research Labs in New York, Alex was bitten by a radioactive DNA enhanced spider that got out of it's tank. When he discovered he had powers he started thinking that he could use them to help people like his mom. He created his first suit and decided on the name Scarlet Spider. But little does he know, that he will help more than the little people of New York. But the people of the entire Universe. This will follow the MCU by the years the movies were released which will also be the age of my OC as the story develops. Y/n needs help but doesn't know how to ask for it, does Bucky know how to give it?
