In the year 2025, disease has become almost non-existent, the break-through and revolutionary creation of Tamilox - a miracle drug which can reconstruct DNA to cure nearly every known illness. The Tiberian Medical Group (TMG) - the creators and manufacturers on Tamilox - are an ever growing empire, taking over most healthcare facilities, hospitals and research labs in America. They even have their hand in with the CDC and WHO - and nobody knows what else they have usurped. But nothing lasts forever...
The TMG become greedy, self righteous and a law into themselves, keeping the Tamilox drugs only available to Americans. Within the next 5 years a never ending war breaks out across the world, disease overpowers Europe and Malaysia, and the world as we know it begins to burn.
The outbreak happens so fast, in the blink of an eye almost 90% of the worlds population became infected, the fungal infection spread to plants, animals, water and earth. Mutating our world.
Those who survived the outbreak have much worse to face now, surviving in the old world is not an easy option - but when the other option is death... what can you do?

Caused by the owner of the leading company of premium medicines in the World named Dr. Jacob F. Wyre. Matthias Filler a highly intelligent high school graduate, also Dr. Jacob Wyre's nephew and his assistant scientist is trying to end up his apocalyptic plan named Project Scrutiny, by doing this, Matt is going to enhance his own cure that can discharge it's airborne effect uncontrollably. However Matt didn't continue the enhancement of his cure as he noticed something about the outbreak, it turns out that Dr. Jacob's apocalyptic scheme had a very important purpose for the World even though it destroyed most of the human race, as Dr. Jacob knew that there is something very diabolic is go to come soon and the only way to battle them is to let him fulfill his plan. Does Matt is going to believe his uncle that something very bad are coming soon and the only way to fight it is to let the undead apocalypse continue all the way, or not and let himself to spoil his uncle Jacob's plan?
