In the winter of 2006,
a writer met a young girl on an overnight train journey. To pass the time, she offered him to tell a story. However she had one condition that he make it into his third book. He hesitated and asked what the story was about.
The girl said the story was about six people working in a call centre, set in one night.
She said it was the night they got a phone call.

This story is completely written from my imagination. It has nothing to do with real world and incidents. Any character, event, business, place, incidents are fictitious. Any resemblance to actual person, living or dead, everything that actual happens that might be coincidental.
