A gloomy short story I wrote for a fiction class at my college, inspired by the works of musicians Dan Barrett & Tim Macuga (Have A Nice Life, Giles Corey, Planning for Burial, etc.), and soon to be published in said college's annual literary journal. Prior knowledge of Dan & Tim's work isn't necessary for understanding or enjoying the story, though I tend to think that it enhances some of the symbolism seen throughout.
All four "chapters" were originally written as a single work, and are intended to be experienced as such. Although there are still minor aspects I would like to go back and change, I've decided to preserve this story (faults and all) in the state it was when it was accepted for publication.

After years of talking about it I'm finally doing it, this character was started soooooooo many years ago on a little web site called "Roblox." I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play. I hope you enjoy it, fair warning though, it is my first story so...judge that how you will. It wasn't my fault
This is a novella I had to write for school and I would like some feed back. EXCERPT Pain is something I've become very accustomed to. Whether I like it or not. It sounds mental though, I know. My biggest fear is being alone, even though I already am. As I walk into the school I see them, my 'friends'. They're sitting in the quad all chatting to one another. I try to turn around before one sees me but I see one waving me over so I'm left with no choice but to go. "Hey guys" I greet them with a shaky voice. So if anyone has feedback for me or just wants to talk comment or message me anytime and I'll get back to you as soon an I can.
