"Frisk, I wanna ask you something." Chara said, looking at their partner. "What is it, Chara?" they asked, as curious as ever. "Do you think I would still become the Yang to your Yin if the player never controlled us?" Frisk shook their head, denying the notion. "Thought so." Chara said, looking at the reset button. The player had done a genocide route once again and they were both sick of taking the blame. Frisk teared up as the past few routes passed through their mind. Chara hugged them as they cried, angry at the player in charge. "When will this end..?" Frisk mumbled between their sobs. Suddenly, an idea crashed into Chara's mind. "Hey. What do you think will happen if we try telling the comedian? He already knows me, all we need is a plan." Frisk nodded, DETERMINATION appearing in their eyes once more. That could work.
The player reset to a new genocide route. But this time, they would face more then the bag of bones known as Sans as karma.

"Do you think that even the worst of people can change? That even after what they do, anyone can be a good person?" Frisk thinks this is true, but not for her. After resetting after killing every monster in the underground by being taken over by Chara, she fears to get close to her once friends. After Chara threatens Frisk if she didn't kill one of her favorite monsters, Sans the Skeleton, she begins to distance herself from everyone; including herself. Will Frisk figure out how to defeat Chara and have a happy ending once again, or will she succumb to the pressure and begin the slay every monster- just like before? Papyrus for Sans, and I really liked the idea of a creepy UT! Papyrus and decided to write a short story on it. Also, Frisk can't reset, she never had that ability. The cover is my own art.) "Why is everyone I date dying?" Sans asked, covering his eye sockets. "Am I cursed or something?" "I'm sure you're not cursed, Brother!" Papyrus said, patting his back. They are trapped in a never-ending play, acting out the same roles over and over in the vague hopes that somehow, someday it will end. But it doesn't. So they deviate from the script, attempt to fulfill the purpose that brought them to the mountain in the first place in a last attempt to break free from the resets. It doesn't work. (But suicide is a pretty memorable thing, and emotions may just be a little bit stronger than memories. Especially to the person who finds their dead body.)
