the lore for my Instagram acc (alfred_jones.feels) but I write it on here.
Alfred tries to cope with his crazy family. one of his fathers is a drug addict, the other is barely home. his brothers and sisters have all been separated from him in one way or another, but they all seem fine. the only difference is that Alfred is the only one rased by the crackhead of a father.. huh. maybe he should try to do something about that. Join him and take a peek at his life through his eyes!

After the second American Civil War, the world changes drastically. A new nation stood where the United States once was, the Last Empire having fallen to its own people. Addicted to more chemicals than a lab rat, Alfred has a hard time keeping his head up- quite literally. It's not that he doesn't want to quit- believe me, he does!- it's just that the withdrawal is destroying him from the inside out. What makes it worse, is when he's placed into an arranged marriage as a landgrab, and then told about it just before it happened. Now he is wrestling with both his addiction, and someone he was supposed to marry in 1860! Ivan was an addict, once. He understood the pain of withdrawal. He wants to help, since there was nobody around to help him. The idea of joining the Union was one he hadn't even thought of before his boss had arranged the marriage with the dictatrix.
