What would you do if you were sold off to the highest bidder? What kind of life do you imagine you would have?
In Kiliminara the only way you can afford to get food, is to have a larger amount of children that you can sell off to a wealthy royal family. Few of these children find love, and if they had any friends before they were bought they usually lose them soon after.
Menju wants nothing more than to be bought by his best friend, and first love, Gabe. The problem is though Gabe's family doesn't approve of those two being together, and they won't allow him to make an offer on him. Menju however is lucky that he is the oldest of the family, and no one seems to like him. Well that is until the king's son comes to Menju's house, and makes a large offer that Menju's family couldn't refuse.
Menju now is stuck in a loveless relationship, and all he can do is dream about ways of getting out of it.

Will Tyler confront him on it, or leave everything as it is? Will he admit his feelings to Craig or keep them bottled up until the last minute? And finally Lui and David (Nogla) are having a falling out. Lui has emotions for David he never thought he would feel and he doesn't know how to express them in the right way. He's been hurt so many times in his life, that he let's them out with anger and frustration. Every little thing David does sets him off, and drives him insane. He talks to Even about it, but doesn't like the answer he gets. Lui just decides to pack up and leave after two weeks of being there, will he leave and never talk to David again? Or will he stay and admit to himself and the others about his feelings? (I will also make this story about ten chapters to keep it short) P.s. I take suggestions.
