Blood Rush is a street villain, one of the best since that they are not known, the most info they got on this speedy spazzo is that they are a teen and their name isn't 100% real, but also, they have a problem with the old Number 1 Hero AllMight.
They get an email after about a week and a half since they've done crime by the one and only Principle Nezu, giving them a free ride to the #1 Hero Course at UA, Class 1-A, but they didn't have much of a choice either way.
