The remaining 40 percent have either mutated into abominations known as "cavinees" or are part of a group dedicated to restoring the world. When the group cannot decide on whether to create a new world, or restore it to the way it was, there is conflict.

A member of the regime, Akira Kogarashi, has just completed his training and is ready to join the fight alongside his classmates. Will Akira fight to restore the world, create a new one, or will he discover some forgotten secrets?

Peace is gone, there is no room for relaxation or levity. Rest is a luxury afforded only to the dead.
