There's been a threat on Takashi Shirogane and his ward/adopted little brother, Keith Kogane's lives at the Shirogane Charity Ball. The Young Justice team(minus Robin) has been sent to covertly protect the two brothers by Batman and the Justice League.

Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives.
