Inspired by: @CrystalScherer 's The Virus Within!
This will focus a LOT on some of the characters whose perspectives I thought would be really fun to write.... *ahem* Nicky. Nina will discover a new type of zombie that only unvaccinateable humans can turn into, etc.
You will HAVE to read her book to understand most of this one, fair warning!

The Z Contingency
The zombie apocalypse is coming. A scientist at the CDC has that terrifying realization when infected victims start displaying the symptoms predicted by his model. A virus responsible for hemorrhagic fevers is mutating into something that zombifies its victims instead of killing them. Realizing the only hope is to get ahead of it, he sets out to create a vaccine, but to create a vaccine he needs a sample of the virus. He tries to enlist the aid of a colleague to help him create the very virus he wants to eradicate, but she refuses on ethical grounds. Witnessing the horrific transformation of an infected patient forces her to reconsider, but before they can start working on a vaccine, their virus samples are stolen. As they criss-cross the country on a hunt for a cure, the paths of the two scientists cross those of a shadow organization on a secret mission, and a loose-knit network of zombie prepper groups whose loyalties are unclear. I am editing The Z Contingency for an updated edition, and I thought Wattpad would be a good platform to get improvements suggested by readers. The first edition of the book is already available for the Kindle, Nook, and Kobo at major online resellers, and is also at Smashwords. AM13 Outbreak Shorts
The zombie apocalypse has arrived, the virus has been dubbed as AM13, and the human race is struggling to survive. Here are some short stories to accompany Lockdown, Forgotten, and Extinct (but they can be read as standalone)...delve in and enjoy life among the undead! Outbreak: No one has it worse than Rachael! First her parents make her move to a crappy new town, then Zac starts ignoring her, and just to top everything off...the rumours of a zombie apocalypse seem to have more truth to them than anyone could have imagined! Quarantine: Katie did not sign up for this when she went to medical school. She's now working as a nurse at one of the specialist medical facilities set up for the AM13 virus. She doesn't want the humdrum of dealing with sick, dying patients every day, she wants to be the hero who finds a cure! As the Lockdown starts, and more people with the virus are bought in, can she keep control of the situation? Crackdown: Oliver might have a slightly shady past, but he joined the police force to make the world a better place, how was he supposed to know the whole world was going to go to hell? Now, with zombies roaming the earth, he has to try and follow orders, whilst sticking to his (okay maybe newly found) morals and stop his old self from coming back. One Year On: It's a year into the apocalypse, how are our favourite characters surviving? **Linked to Lockdown, Forgotten, Exctinct, Not Dead Yet, and the rest of the AM13 Outbreak Series**Concluida
The Virus Within: Secrets Unraveled (Book 5)
Hordes of strange, unranked zombies are appearing and threatening to overrun the remaining human Strongholds, as Trinity and her companions race to find out who's behind it. Trinity tries to protect the humans while Nina struggles to understand the zombie triggers, only to make a surprising discovery. The triggers are coming undone on their own. The unranked will eventually disappear-but this means Wren will lose her mind and sanity unless Trinity can find the group responsible and help Nina save her. The clock is ticking and the hunt is on as both human and zombie lives are on the line in this action-packed fifth installment of 'The Virus Within' series.Concluida
The Immune
Compound 4 was supposed to be a sanctuary away from the virus and the Infected that came with it, but to Jaelyn, it's prison. It's too crowded, she's treated like a disgrace, and her only friend is an old man who loves Checkers. But outside The Wall is nothing but destruction and death. ... Right? When an unexpected visitor shows up at the compound who recognizes Jaelyn's name, Jay starts to question everything she's been told. With her new partner Isaac's help, she escapes the compound. What she finds is more than zombies, ghosts, and ruins. A plot will be uncovered, and Jay may be the key to saving what's left of humanity-- or killing them all. **This is the new, edited version of Immune!!**Concluida
Crazies
Sang's storybook happy ending is just within her grasp. Now that everyone involved with the distribution of JH-14 and the whole money laundering scheme is sitting -not so pretty- in jail, Sang can finally concentrate on becoming a full Academy member. Her opportunity to prove herself comes when her boys get called in to help a team out in California for the next week. Sang just has to endure one week without them. One full week of her figuring out her own problems without the boys trying to jump in to save her. But no one predicted JH-14 to be massed produced with horrible adjustments to its chemical makeup. People always assume a zombie apocalypse would be created by Mother Nature. Not by people. Now Sang has to team up with a very unusual group of people to be able to stay alive long enough for her boys to find her. ** This story is a FanFic of The Academy Series, and I DO NOT own any of the main characters. They belong to the amazing CL Stone, but I have put a lot of my own creativity within her original story. So please be kind and ask if you want to use any ideas from the Crazies Series.**Concluida
The Virus Within: Blood Moon (Book 3)
If you're a zombie, how far would you be willing to go to save the two people you care about the most? Season 3 of The Virus Within * * * * * Trinity isn't about to let anything stop her. Come hell or high water, she's determined to get Jess and Nicky back. And heaven help anyone who stands in her way. Whoever said 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' had clearly never met a Nightstalker on the warpath. The blood moon is shedding its red light upon the night, and the hunt is on. The question remains, whose blood will be spilled first? And who will survive? Forget the dish soap. Grab the rutabagas and the firecrackers for this rescue mission.Concluida

Night Disease
REVISED EDITION COMING OUT MONTHLY/COMPLETED In a world overrun by zombies, A single bite heralds doom, except for Kaindra, who defies death itself, being undead already. ******** As humanity struggles to adapt to the new reality of zombie-infested streets and lurking supernatural creatures from ancient myths and legends, survival becomes an ever-evolving challenge. Survival is a constant battle not only against the undead but also against supernatural creatures and their zealous followers. The relentless onslaught of zombies and the mysterious reemergence of mythical beings push society to its limits. Civilization's last bastions fall one by one, teetering on the brink of collapse. As these ancient myths awaken, they reveal intentions that are far from clear- some may hold the key to salvation, while others could herald further doom. The question remains: Can humanity unravel the mysteries of these legendary beings in time to save themselves, or will they fall prey to the very legends they once dismissed? ___ Excerpt: Taking a deep breath, I lean closer to the mirror, my skin prickling. I thought it was a trick of the light, but as I stare at my reflection, my fragile lies crumble away. The reflection staring back at me feels unrecognizable. My once deep, dark brown eyes now glimmer with an otherworldly light, like twin moons suspended in a sea of silver. The faint glow within them swirls softly, catching the dim flicker of flame I summoned, like ripples across a moonlit lake. Their alien intensity sends a chill down my spine. The orbs seemed to hold a universe within, depths of endless mysteries and ancient wisdom beyond my grasp. ___ Warning: Mentions of suicide and self-harm Beautiful cover made by @scmimi. Check out their work! Credit to @crystalscherer for the inspiration for this fan-made storyConcluida
