Trust is a fickle thing, isn't it?
Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly. He finally felt able to trust the people around him and it was a breath of fresh air for not only him but his sister as well. There were bumps in the road but his new family stayed together. This pisses off Katsuki as he tries to attack Izuku but Izuku dodges his attack sending him to the hospital. Izuku's dad calles him to come home for his sister birthday. On the other side of the classroom stood his twin sister Izumi Shimura. Why they have different names is because Izuku quirk had time to develop since it was powerful. Izumi believes it won't ever come out, and her friends Bakugo Twin and Todoroki Twins felt the same. Izumi and her friends started to bully and abuse Izuku, and he tried to tell his mom but she forgot about Izuku after that. So for four years he was abused by his sister and neglected by his mother. One day All Might saw this and called Hisashi who came and was beyond pissed as he took Izuku away. Inko realizes her mistake wanting to fix this but ends up being divorced. Izumi was disowned by her father, and he said he will pay child support but he doesn't want anything to do with her. Years later Izuku is back at UA ignoring his past. AM wanting 1 vs 1 matches pair them up. Katsumi confessed to Izuku but he said no making her sad. Katsuki overheard this and was fighting him. Izuku was winning as Katsuki said some mean things this made Izuku Erupts in rage and almost killed Katsuki in the process until Midnight stopped it.
