The Turtles work for a secret organization called S.H.E.L.L. where they work together to capture the notorious Shredder. After a failed mission, former agent Raphael is placed back into the action with a new partner, Mikey. The two will have to work with outside forces, seductive women, gun wielding maniacs to get to the bottom of what happened years ago.
