Harry was just a young child when it happened. He lived with his unloving relatives in Surrey. 5 years of abuse took its toll on him by the time he was 6 years old.

He noticed everything becoming quieter and quieter everyday but what he didn't realise was what it meant. When he woke up one morning not hearing a thing, it scared him. Wouldn't it scare you too?

When his eleventh birthday rolled around, he got a letter to go to a school that if he went by logic, shouldn't have existed at all.

What will people think when they find out he's deaf? Harry certainly doesn't want to find out. He tries and succeeds in hiding from some but others won't be fooled.

*there will be mentions of physical and mental abuse and descriptions of injuries caused by this so please be careful when reading*
