In a deserted location, just off of the Pacific Ocean (California), Amber lives with her genius father and 12 other scientists. After discovering a secret and dangerous project from her father's science lab, Amber finds files and research about underwater life. When Amber becomes obsessed with her father's research, she stumbles upon an experimental recipe for what was believed to be the untested ingredients to breathing underwater. After many times trying to perfect the recipe, she finds the missing ingredient- and the key to underwater life.
