In 2009 corruption amongst governments of the world wiped out nearly all of there economy leaving the people furious. In hundreds of countries, the people rise up and overthrow there respected government, All within one year. Now in 2026, the U.S Government has control no over none of its states, the people go freely about themselves doing whatever they please, Because of this crime rates has risen tenfold leading the government to use what little authority they had to attempt to stop. Darrian and his fellow investigators are now tasked with cleaning up the streets but will they succeed using only be able to there wit's to solve each case one by one without any use of forensic science?
